EIT Urban Mobility
EIT Urban Mobility (EIT UM) is an initiative of the European Institute of Innovation and Technology (EIT). Since January 2019 EIT UM has been working to encourage positive changes in the way people move around cities in order to make them more liveable places. EIT UM aims to become the largest European initiative transforming urban mobility. Cities are at the centre of EIT UM activities – EIT UM brings together partners from industry (including start-ups), universities and research, and cities to develop and deploy new solutions that enable the behavioural change needed to transition to a decarbonised mobility and transport system in Europe.
