Second READJUST Progress Meeting in Barcelona, Spain
From 6-7 March, the second READJUST progress meeting was held at the EIT Urban Mobility Headquarters in the vibrant city of Barcelona, Spain. The first day kicked off with a warm welcome from EIT UM, followed by a presentation on urban mobility innovation.
The meeting quickly dove into updates from various work packages, setting the stage for fruitful discussions and workshops on policies and regulations related to the twin transitions. Key topics included strengthening collaboration with case cities, exploring synergies between mobility and agri-food sectors, and developing tools to track policy progress. There was also a focus on addressing inequalities and supporting impacted groups.
The meeting then continued with workshops to align engagement activities, refine case studies, and discuss the organisation of future policy labs. Outside of the meeting, participants had the chance to explore Barcelona’s historic centre, visiting landmarks like Casa Batllò and La Pedrera while continuing their discussions on urban mobility.
