READJUST Launches Survey on Digital Tools in Public Transport
Across Europe, public transport is becoming increasingly digital. Travellers are expected to use apps for tickets, journey planners, real-time updates and other digital interfaces. For some, these tools make mobility easier – for others, they create new barriers.
To understand these everyday experiences, the READJUST project is inviting anyone who travels by public transport and has faced difficulties with the digital tools to take part in a short online survey (5–10 minutes). The collected insights will help reveal how digitalisation affects users and what could make public transport more accessible and fairer for all.
What we’re interested in learning
As transport systems evolve, not everyone benefits in the same way. Some travellers rely on digital tools comfortably, while others struggle, due to design issues, lack of access, or unfamiliarity with technology. The survey will help identify where improvements are needed, informing recommendations that guide policymakers and transport planners in developing public transport systems that are accessible, fair and inclusive for all in a rapidly digitalising mobility landscape.
Help shape the future of fair and accessible mobility
The survey is anonymous, available in several languages, and open until the end of January 2026.
