DigImpact 2024 Hackathon in Association with READJUST – Mapping Twin Transition Policies
From November 22-27, the DigImpact 2024 Hackathon, hosted by the Amsterdam Digital Transformation Lab, united students, industry leaders, and researchers to tackle pressing challenges in the fields of transparency in investments and impacts, predictive futures for food systems, and policy mapping for digital and green transitions.
Under Theme 3 – Mapping Policies for a Digital and Green World, in association with the READJUST project, participants spent five days developing a policy dashboard designed to visualise and analyse digital and green policies across different regions. Their work aimed at enhancing the effectiveness of policymaking through clearer insights and comparisons of gaps or overlaps in regional policy approaches. Additionally, these efforts can support READJUST in assessing how policies can drive inclusivity and sustainability, contributing to a more equitable and sustainable future.
